Why did you choose to join Darize?

I chose Darize because of the people I’d get to work with, the model it offers experienced consultants, and not least the strong track record the organization has built over the years.

I was fortunate to already know a number of highly experienced and skilled consultants at Darize whom I had worked with earlier in my career. The opportunity to work with them again was definitely part of the appeal. And it’s rewarding to know that you’re joining a group of colleagues who know how to deliver.

What do you value about being part of Darize?

Darize gives experienced consultants the opportunity to focus on their expertise without having to juggle many of the responsibilities that typically come with leadership roles in the consulting industry. That allows the relationship with the client to center more directly on the work itself and creates a strong foundation for mutual trust.

I’m glad to be part of an organization with a proven track record, an interesting ownership structure, and a solid reputation in the market.

What drives you in your work as a consultant?

I’m motivated by solving challenging problems.

I’ve worked in consulting for more than 30 years and have gained valuable experience – both positive and challenging – from working in Denmark and internationally and seeing what makes organizations work. I want to put that experience and knowledge to use, while continuing to build on it together with clients.

Consultant, Darize Solutions

What does it take to be a Solutions consultant at Darize?

Darize’s position in the market is built on deep expertise and a focus on complex technology projects. That means clients expect Solutions consultants to bring significant experience and professional depth.

In other words, it helps to have some mileage behind you and a strong command of the core disciplines of business consulting. That includes sharp analytical skills and the ability to navigate demanding projects involving stakeholders who may not agree on every aspect of the way forward.

The ability to learn quickly is equally important, as is knowing when to push for progress and when to seek a more balanced solution. In short, it takes strong consulting IQ combined with organizational EQ.

In return, you get access to high-level professional sparring and become part of a community where solving complex client challenges goes hand in hand with your own financial incentives.
